Project Description: Canaca is a brand deeply rooted in Canadian identity, offering flower and vape products that aim to embody the essence of Canada. Tasked with reinvigorating the brand's image, I led the strategic re-launch of Canaca's Instagram presence in line with a broader rebranding campaign, emphasizing the brand's unique Canadian characteristics.
Role: My responsibilities encompassed the entire spectrum of social media management for the Canaca brand. This involved initiating the Instagram account re-launch, devising and implementing the content strategy, and managing the editorial calendar. I directed creative production, liaising with freelance videographers and photographers to ensure content was engaging and on-brand. Additionally, I was in charge of copywriting and fostering relationships with trade partners, budtenders, and retailers, ensuring a unified brand presentation across all platforms. My role was pivotal in redefining the brand's digital footprint, aiming to create a vibrant and engaging community around the Canaca identity.
